Anthony J. Iaciofano was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1985, and the Kentucky Bar in 1999. He has been a Principal in the firm since January 1993.

Tony graduated from Purcell High School in 1978, 6th in his class, receiving academic scholarship to Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. He then graduated from Thomas More College in 1982 with Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and history, with cum laude honors. After graduating from college, Tony attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where he graduated with a J.D. degree in 1985. While attending Thomas More College, Tony was invited by school faculty to apply for a Rhodes scholarship to Oxford College, England, and was a member of Lambda Sigma Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, an international historical honor society.

Tony concentrates his practice in the area of insurance defense, special investigations, fraud claims, arson cases, defense of bad faith claims against insurance companies and business litigation matters. He also practices in the areas of construction law, business and corporate law, claimant personal injury suits, insurance policy coverage and declaratory judgment actions.

Tony has been a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations since 1985, and the Kentucky Bar Association since 1999. He currently serves as a committee member of the Cincinnati Claims Association, where he has been a member since 1993, and has held various board positions over the years. He is also a member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators ("NSPII"), and the Southwest Ohio Investigators Committee. Also, Tony is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cincinnati Local No. 387 Glaziers Union Pension Fund and has held that position since 1995. He has been a Board of Trustees member since 1991.

Tony was born and raised in Cincinnati and currently lives in the Symmes Township/Loveland area with his wife, Lori and three children. His personal interests and hobbies include active participation in competitive basketball (Tony played college basketball at Thomas More College.), golf (member of O'Bannon Creek Golf Club, Loveland, Ohio) and reading historical non-fiction works.
